USM and Training

Great effort in the USM today, well done!

It was a shame we only got bronze but we beat Spartacus by 42/5 and 38/0 and unfortunately lost to Malmo 0/7.

I have to say that the Malmo game was probably one of the best youth defences I have seen. Holding out a bigger stronger team for 8 minutes on the try line with only 13 players! We then lost both our 10's to injury but finished the game strongly and could probably have scored to even the match, if we had a few more time.

Getting the cup for best behaved team, shows how far we have come as a team from the citations and troubles of the first matches, before the USM, so well done for sportsman ship and reflecting and embracing one of the foundations of our game.

There will be no more P18 training this week. But Allan has agreed that you can all attend the Exiles 2 training with Hunter. The 03's will now join the seniors and the 04's can attend the trainings.

A number of new players have contacted me so we might hold a training session either this Saturday or next and review a potential team for next season.

Take a well earned break and concentrate on your studies for a bit!
