Training tonight, NO TRAINING SATURDAY

We had a good session in Enkoping yesterday and will need to go next Wednesday. It is essential we have backs with us next Wednesday so please can you ensure you make that evening free, (plan school work etc).

Tonight we have the training with junior Viking coaches, backs and forwards, so all please attend.

We will not train on Saturday but meet earlier on Sunday at 10:30, in Taby, before the match to have a team run and run through back moves and set pieces.

We have a strong team but are weakened by lack of training and match time together.

There is only a week and half left before USM so please can you all make an effort to come to every training.
