Report from Stockholm International Rugby Cup 2010
28 May 2010
In a period of three years, Stockholm International Rugby Cup organized by Exiles’ youth section has become one of the largest youth rugby events in Sweden. During the weekend 22-23 of May, teams in ages ranging from U7s to Girls U18s played approximately 77 games at Årsta. Despite the very large number of games played, the match schedule was kept thanks to a well-working organization and some clever scheduling by U13 coach Nigel Sharp.

U17 outstanding in Rugby Cup
23 May 2010
Another brilliant display by Exiles U17 as they outclass the opposition in the Stockholm International Rugby Cup. Most of the boys have been playing together since they were 11 or 12, and if they carry on this way, half of them will be in the Exiles first team in two or three years.

The Threes maintain their unbeaten record
23 May 2010
Exiles III ("the Threes" or in the past "the Cavaliers")went 3 for 3 by beating Attila B 77 - 7 at Årsta today. Game played in excellent spirits but in atrocious conditions on a combination of pitch C and pitch B. The match was sealed in the first half, whereas the second half was quite evenly matched as Attila refused to give up and scored a great solo effort try to avoid a whitewash.

Honours even against Enköping
22 May 2010
Exiles Ladies won comfortably against Enköping in the first match of the day and the Men looked to be heading for a double with a 16 - 8 lead with nine minutes to go. But two break-away tries within a minute gave Enköping a win very much against the run of play. Meanwhile, in another part of the forest, Exiles Barbarians went down to Södertälje, who have a useful team this year, while six other Exiles youth teams have made a start to the Stockholm International Youth Tournament i Stockholm. Ladies report i Swedish, the rest in English.
