Health & fitness are important parts of any sport. Here I would like to share different training tips and ideas both mental as well as physical. Don´t underestimate the power of the mind in the physical game of rugby.

If you have some great tips about training or the greatest "move" ever thought up mail me and we might share it with the world.

I will start with some basic stuff, for example The International Doping list in PDF format. We don´t want you cheating. The heading was Health & Fitness and none of the stuff on the list makes you very healthy. Secondly, a player assessment file. This is for the individual player to evaluate himself and set goals for improvement. Just by sitting down and thinking about your previous games and finding things you can improve can get you quite a long way.
